Andy Turner, Jisc data champion from the University of Leeds, argues “Data should be as open as possible and as closed as necessary” in a recent piece published in Times Higher Education.
The article provides some interesting food for thought. We, as the Research Data Management team, are keen to support researchers in finding the most suitable approach to Open Data.
