The University’s new research data management policy

As of December 2018, the University has had an updated research data management policy, which affects all those conducting research at the University.
The new policy’s more explicit wording and scope makes it clearer for researchers how the University expects them to plan for, manage and publish their research data and similar digital outputs.
Recent changes in data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR) are also reflected in the new text and helpful references to related University policies and contact details are included for further information.
